Yes, there is a 30-day return period for each order after receiving the package. You can request a return within the specified time, but please ensure that the watch remains in its original, unopened condition. （The protective film of the watch has not been removed.）Prior to returning the watch, please contact us, and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Thank you for choosing us.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it ships. Orders cannot be canceled if more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed. Please note that cancellations due to personal reasons may incur PayPal transaction fees (if applicable), which are non-refundable and are subject to PayPal's 2021 revised policies.
Please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund for the pre-order cancellation. It is the transaction fees charged by our Payment Processing Platform like Stripe/PayPal.
